Coca Cola Food Courts

 

What...

Any food item or non-alcoholic drink for sale to the consumer from a qualified mobile food processing unit or approved set-up.

 

Where...

Food Court I is in front of the Capitol building on High Street. This location takes  advantage of the main stage and the beer garden as well as allows access to our picnic tables on the Capitol lawn. Vending in this location will be on the evening of the 3rd all day on the 4th.

 

Food Court II is on Capitol Street across between the Capital Building and Jefferson Streets. This is a prime pedestrian thoroughfare leading to the exhibitors, Carnival, and the DowntownJeffersonCity.com stage. Vending in this location will be all day on Tuesday, July 4th.

 

Who…

  • Groups or organizations preparing and selling food/beverage as a fundraiser

  • Restaurants, catering companies

  • Concessionaires

When...

On the 3rd: Vending from 4 pm to 10 pm

On the 4th: Set-up beginning at 7 am; Vending from 11:00 am to 11:00 pm

 

Space...

Concessionaires are allotted a 10x30 space that is located on the street. Participants are responsible for their own mobile food processing unit or approved tents, set-up and tear-down. We now are able to offer a limited amount of electricity for Food Court I (two day vendors). Unfortunately there is no electricity available in Food Court II but generators may be used. Water availability may be very limited.

 

If you are interested in learning more about electricity options, please call us at 573.761.0704 with the type of set-up you would require.

 

Applications…

Concession space in the food courts are limited. If more than a 10x30 space is needed, two booths must be purchased. Our goal is to offer a wide variety of food & beverage. Therefore applications will be juried by the Foundation Board using the following criteria:

  • Past history/longevity with the festival

  • Products you are selling; prices

  • Type of set-up (mobile unit, tents, etc.)

 

We will process applications until June 13th and inform vendors no later than June 20th of our decision.
