Welcome to two great days of 4th of July Fun in the Capital City of Missouri! This year's celebration will take place in the evening July 3rd and all day long on July 4th. From the Embarq Grand 'Ol Flage Parade to our featured FREE entertainment brought to you by Riley Chevrolet/Cadillac and Midwest Block & Brick on the Capitol Main Stage to the Mike Kehoe and Friends Sky Concert Fireworks July 4th at dusk, there will be so much to do and see, you’ll want to come all both days and party into the night!
Vendors and exhibitors will delight you with terrific information and items for sale in the Westside/Eastside Business Association Avenue of the Americas. The kids will love the Missouri American Water Carnival Land with great rides including a Ferris wheel and merry-go-round. And be sure to enter your child in the River Region Credit Union/News Tribune Little Mr. and Miss Independence Contest. In the festival district you might meet see re-enactors in the Jefferson Bank Heritage Village, check out classic cars at Naught-Naught Agency's Route 66, see the latest at the Riley Toyota Wild West Truck Pavilion, create art in the KRCG/St. Mary's Kid's Zone, ride the ponies (or camels!) or just sit back and soak in the scenery. You also won't want to miss our newest attraction, Pit Row, featuring all things racing. Grab a bite at one of two Coca Cola Taste of Missouri Food Courts, relax in the Missouri Spirits Beer Garden and enjoy entertainment throughout the Festival district all day long on the Boulevard and DowntownJeffersonCity.com stages!
And if you need any information during your visit to the festival, just look for one of the information kiosks hosted by the Jefferson City Area Convention and Visitor's Bureau. Inside you'll find new digital signage courtesy of JCMG that will keep you updated on all the activities.
It’s going to be a great time so we hope you, your family, friends and neighbors will make plans to join us on the 3rd and 4th! [Click here for a schedule of events!]
