We need your help on the 2nd, 3rd and the 4th!

•  July 1st from 10 am to 3 pm

Involves general set up of festival district, placing tables and chairs, moving straw bales, loading equipment, putting out police barricades etc.

•  July 2nd from 10 am to 2 pm 

Involves setting up the beer garden, Madison and Beer Garden Stages

• July 3rd from 10 am to 5 pm

Involves setting up for main concert, resetting Beer Garden area, general festival district setup and helping to place event signage and banners

• July 4th from 11 am to 11 pm

4 hour shifts

• 11 to 3 pm

• 3 to 7 pm

• 7 pm to 11 pm

This would involve oversight of one of two food court picnic areas or working the Information Booth.

• Tuesday, July 4th from 10 pm to 1 am

This would involve putting up all tables, chairs, stacking straw bales, taking down signage, dismantling stage decorations

All volunteers on the 2nd and 3rd report to the Selinger Center on Broadway.

All volunteers on the 4th report to the information booth located on the corner of Capitol and Jefferson.
